Recipe
- You will need oil, a handful of St. John's wort, one of comfrey and one of dandelions
- Grind the St. John's wort
- Drop the St. John's wort and comfrey into the cauldron and boil for one turn
- Leave to cool
- Add the dandelions, but do not boil.
