~~Obtained from the "Faint-hearted Knight," a random wayfarer spawn encounter via fast-travel (ask him why he's looking for a duel and then convince him to wager his sword.)~~
The "Faint-hearted Knight" now has a Stalwart sword.
When going back to Skalitz, after escaping it, there are bandits battling their enemies towards the front gates near the fast travel. These bandits carry some of the best loot in the game. This sword can sometimes be found on one of the 3 or 4 bandits.
